Aviva Club of the Month Award

The AVIVA Club of the Month Awards in conjunction with The Irish Daily Star and Citywest Hotel recognise clubs' achievements and displays, on and off the field of play. The awards, which are now in their third year, will distinguish some of the finest football clubs in the country through a series of monthly prizes culminating in the AVIVA Club of the Year Award, which will take place in Monaghan on Friday July 3rd to coincide with the FAI's "Festival of Football" prior to the Association's AGM on Saturday, July 4th.

Aviva Club of the Month Award winners unveiled

The FAI have announced that Wexford's Curracloe United, Park Villa from Meath and St. Pauls FC from Artane in Dublin have been awarded with the Aviva Club of the Month Awards for January, February and March respectively.

Blessington and Kingscourt Harps pick up monthly awards

The FAI have announced that Wicklow's Blessington FC and Cavan club, Kingscourt Harps and have been awarded with the Aviva Club of the Month Awards for November and December respectively.

The Football Association of Ireland have launched the online form for the 2010 AVIVA Club of the Month Awards in conjunction with The Irish Daily Star and Citywest Hotel.

Dunboyne AFC are the AVIVA Club of the Year 2009

Dunboyne AFC win AVIVA Club of the Year Award

Dunboyne AFC were confirmed as the AVIVA Club of the Year for 2009 at the Hillgrove Hotel, MonaghDunboyne AFC Club of the Year 2009an on Friday, July 3rd. The club were presented with a cheque for 5,000 euro along with the prestigous Club of the Year plaque. John Delaney also made the surprise announcement that Brazilian football legend, Pele, will meet club representatives later this year.

€100,000 allocation for Monaghan clubs

The Football Association of Ireland today (June 29) opened the first day of its week-long Festival of Football in Monaghan with the announcement that it will give clubs in the county €100,000 towards the development of new and upgraded facilities.
