The holders, Terenure Rangers, come up against the 2022 winners Whitehall Rangers at the UCD Bowl with each looking to make history. Both have an opportunity to become only the third side to raise the cup aloft on two occasions while Terenure can become the first team to successfully defend the cup.
The teams have been by far the outstanding sides of the competition having blown away all that have come before them. Whitehall have netted 36 goals on their path to the final - conceding just twice. While their southside counter parts scored 25 goals in just four games. It tees up an exciting final this weekend at UCD.

What Whitehall Rangers captain Charlie Graham said: “We’ve been here before so people know what to expect. We’ve a few new players and it’s a case of keeping them calm and getting them focused but the vibe is good.
Ourselves and Terenure are massive rivals in the league. Our games are very close and there’s only a goal or two in it so I’m expecting it to be a very close final and very competitive.
“It would be amazing to bring the trophy home having beaten our rivals.”

What Terenure Rangers captain Niamh Carroll said: “We’re feeling good and I’m looking forward to it.
“Obviously it’ll be a tough game, we play Whitehall all the time in the league and cup and it’s always a close game and a really enjoyable game of football. Sometimes when you play against teams from down the country it’s a different style of football and a different game but with Whitehall you know you’ll go out and it’ll just be a game of football that’s what you want for an All-Ireland Final.
“The chat of the group has been all about retaining the trophy, we want to be the first side to do that. I don’t think, to my knowledge at least, that the last two winners have come up against each other, I think it shows we both deserve to be there.”
